Favorite Photos of 2021

With 2021 coming to a swift end, I thought I would share a few of my favorite photos that I’ve taken this year. They are in no particular order.

This first photo was taken at sunrise in Fond du Lac. It was the first time I’ve traveled there for photography, and hopefully not the last. Although I haven’t been there since. I do have plans to go there next year.

I took this second photo last week when we went to visit my parents for Christmas. This one surprised me since it’s not of Lake Superior, and those photos almost always wind up being my favorites.

The sun came out for a little bit during my afternoon photo shoot.

I took this photo of a tree when we went to Utah in October. There was surprisingly more fall color than I was expecting in the desert, and I was happy to see it.

This was another photo I took back home. I wanted to capture sunrise on Lake Superior, but the sky wasn’t cooperating that morning.

I captured this final photo in Utah as well. This was taken on our first full day there, when we went to Arches National Park twice.

Those were my five favorite photos of 2021. I’m hoping to have more than that for you guys next year, and if I stick to my schedule I should. Which one of these are your favorite?
