April in Review

Where did April go? I can’t believe that I’m already writing up my April in review blog post. I feel like I just wrote my March review blog a few days ago.

April Review

Well, April was a pretty decent month for me. I had three shows; one was a good show, then a decent show, and then a flop of a show. But that was of my own doing, since I forgot to bring my lucky purple pen.

This blog also reached a milestone this month too. I have reached over 1,000 page views. Thank you all for taking the time to read my posts and interact with them. It truly means a lot to me.

It has been so rainy this month that I haven’t really gone out with my camera all that much, and I had to adjust my April and May photo challenges to accommodate the weather. Even though it was a challenge, I did go a couple of times.

My card inventory is expanding. I’ve been busy turning my 4×6 prints into greeting cards and postcards, and I’ll get them on Etsy soon.

May Goals

I don’t have any craft shows from now until June 18th, so I’m planning on doing a lot of admin work in the month of May.

I’m going to spend the month of May rebranding and starting my marketing campaign. I’ll devote a blog post on that in the next week or so, along with an update on how it’s going.

My Etsy shop is going to be growing this month too. I am going to be adding more products to it in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned there as well. I’m also going to attempt making coasters again. I don’t think that I had the right materials for my last attempt, and I’m ready to try again.

Once the rain is done, which will hopefully be soon, I plan on going out with my camera again. I’ve also got a few weekend trips planned specifically for photography.

How did your month go? What are your plans for the month of May? Drop a comment below.
