2023 Goals

The weather outside is frightful, but my fire is so delightful. I hope you’re all safe during the snow-apocalypse this weekend and that you don’t have to go out tomorrow. Since I’ve no place to go, I thought I’d spend some much needed time working on my goals for 2023.

I’ve got my list started, but I would like to wrap it up tomorrow. I’ve got social media goals, business goals, photography, and travel goals. So far, this is what I’ve got.

Social Media

I’m going to spend next year focusing on growing my social media sites. I want to grow my Instagram, TikTok, this blog, and Pinterest.

Business

I want to spend 2023 growing my Etsy shop. I have my listing schedule set and I’m going to do my absolute best to stick to it.

Photography

Next year, I’d like to visit at least one new location every month. Even if it’s a park that I’ve never been to in Oshkosh.

Travel

Last month, I shared several posts about traveling. And next year, I’d like to start working on them. My 50 states goal, and maybe my state park goal, are going to be long-term, no-rush kind of goals, but I’d like to make some progress on them.

I know these goals seem a bit vague. I still have some details to work out. What are some of your 2023 goals? Share them in the comments below.

  1. I don’t know if I want to share my goal (it has to do with the 10 lbs I was going to lose this year 😒) But I also want to finish clearing out clutter and unneeded items. I started a couple of weeks ago and I have several areas yet to go through. I hate to clean, but I do love to organize and declutter!

    • I hope you accomplish your goals! I hate to clean also. I do love storage though. It takes me forever to look through the tote section at Target.

      • Funny, I now have a tote section in my garage!! I eliminated so much that now we have a bunch of empty containers. Eventually I will get rid of some of them (when I’m done with the whole house).

      • That’s too funny! 🙂 I wish you luck in your decluttering. My husband thinks I have a problem with storage. But we had (have?) a mouse problem in our basement. They found a scented candle and totally trashed all of our holiday decorations. So now everything goes in a plastic tote with a lid, or it doesn’t go in the basement.

  2. […] by way too fast. Before we know it, it will be over. Toward the end of December, I did a lot of goal-setting and prep work for how I wanted the year to go. Here’s my 2023 so […]
