Black-and-White Photo of March
So good news; all the photos that I took yesterday were not lost as I thought. I just must not have pushed the SD card in the other camera well enough. I’ll share my favorites on Instagram over the next couple of days. Today though, I’m going to share with you my black-and-white photo of March.

I captured this photo this morning at sunrise. And you might be wondering if it was my fourth gray morning in a row. I’m pleased to tell you, it was not. There was not a cloud in the sky. That’s all I’m going to tell you right now. I’ll blog about this morning on Thursday.
I really enjoy the natural frame of the trees that I was able to capture while showing the two trees in the middle as the focus of the image. The partially hidden footprints in the snow leading up to the trees are a nice leading line up to the trees as well.
I’m not really sure why the photo looks blurry here though. It looks ok on the photo app on my laptop. Does anyone have any possible answers for what happened?
I’m really excited to share with you my sunrise photos from this morning. I did also go up to Green Bay as I mentioned yesterday, and it was pretty successful. Do you have a favorite black-and-white photo of March? I’d love to see it.

Nice photo! What time have you been waking up to get these photos?? I’m just impressed that you do this all before you go to your day job. I’ve been waking up at 5 for work this week. I’d like to wake up at 4/4:30 so I have time for coffee in the morning!?!!!
I only do sunrise on my days off from the day job. And I get to sleep in still at least for now. I try to wake up an hour or so before sunrise so I can get where I want to go and catch the sky right before the sun comes up. In the summer it’s going to be harder, so I’m not sure if I’ll be doing many sunrises.
